With our in house solicitor you can relax in the comfort of the knowledge that service charges will be collected and your block will not fall into substantial arrears. An active approach is taken to pursue non-payers. Any queries with your lease or if you have solicitors enquiries on your sale – again our in-house legal department can assist you.
